How do I make a reservation for laser tag?
A reservation is not necessary to play laser tag. Walk-ins are welcome. However, if you have a very large group, you may want to call and schedule a lock-in or party.
How big is the arena?
We have a 3,500 sq. ft. arena, not including the second level.
Does your laser tag arena have a second level?
Yes, it is 500 sq. ft.
How long is a game of laser tag?
A regular game of laser tag lasts 15 minutes. Prior to the game, players are briefed and vested, therefore the entire process lasts approximately 20 minutes.
What are the age requirements for laser tag?
There is no minimum age requirement to play laser tag. However, our arena is dark and contains black lights, fog, and strobe lights. Some children may become frightened while in the arena. Also, the vests weigh approximately 7 lbs; small children may not be able to wear the vest and use it properly. When you visit our facility we'd be glad to give you a tour and show you the equipment to help you decide if your child will be able to play laser tag.
How many guests are needed to play laser tag?
At least 2 people are needed to play laser tag in order for each player to have a target to shoot at.
Will other people be playing laser tag with me?
Depending on how many players have purchased games, you may or may not be playing with others.
Is there a dress code?
Xtreme Laser Tag is a family-oriented environment; therefore, everyone must dress appropriately. No clothing items can be worn that cover sensors on the laser tag vest or phaser. Short-sleeved shirts are suggested because you may get warm while playing laser tag.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Do you provide storage for purses and personal items?
No, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Can I be compensated for the months I was deployed if I am a member?
Yes, we heavily support our soldiers. For the months a soldier is deployed, we will add those to your membership once you return home. For example, if you have been deployed for 3 months, then you will be given an additional 3 months to your membership.
What happens if I buy multiple games and cannot play them all that day?
Don't worry! Just inform a staff member about your situation and you will receive passes for games to be used at a later date.
Is laser tag safe?
Laser tag is supervised at all times, and we make every effort to ensure strict obedience to all of our rules. We cannot assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur. We use commercial fog composed of food-grade mineral oil. If you are asthmatic, epileptic, have a heart condition, are currently pregnant, or if you suffer from any other health condition, you are personally responsible for deciding whether or not playing laser tag will be harmful to your condition.
Is the laser dangerous for my eyes?
No, just try to avoid looking directly into the beam. If you accidentally glance into the beam, it will not harm you.
What are shields and photons?
A shield maximizes defense against enemy lasers, making a player invincible for 10 seconds. A photon is a rapid-fire blast similar to a machine gun that is used to take out multiple opponents in a single area.
If I bring my children to play laser tag, do I have to play too?
No, you are not required to play with your child. You are welcome to watch the game though.
