Party Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to book a party?
Parties should be scheduled at least a week in advance.

What do I have to bring for my party?
We provide plates, forks, cake knife, napkins, cups, and ice. We set up our decorations prior to you arriving as well. We also do all of the clean-up after your party. So just bring yourself and whatever else you think you may need. We want to make your party experience as easy and stress-free for you as possible.

Am I allowed to bring food to my party?
Yes, we do allow you to bring your own food or have food delivered to you.

Are there any restrictions?
No alcohol, confetti, or silly string is allowed in our facility.

How large are the party rooms?
Each party room can seat 16 comfortably, but additional seating is available.

What if I need to reschedule my party?
We are reasonably flexible. Simply let us know what day you'd like to reschedule your party for and we will do our best to accommodate you.
